Bill-78 declares illegal all demonstrations of over 50 people, organized for any purpose and at any location in Quebec, unless the locations and routes of those locations have been submitted to and approved by Quebec police. Yesterday thousands upon thousands hit the streets to protest such a ridiculous law.
